Josephine Ganebo Skantz, Analyst

Josephine Ganebo Skantz is an analyst at the Unit of Research and Analysis.

About me, Josephine

As part of my work as an analyst, I support the day-to-day activities of the unit, perform assessments, take part in the design and analysis of surveys and contribute to research projects.
Within the scope of my employment at the Central Church Office, I have written about baptism in two publications: a stand-alone report focusing on infant baptism and in Nyckeln till Svenska kyrkan (The Key to the Church of Sweden) 2019 focusing on confirmation and adult baptism. I am also involved in the design of the Central Church Office’s annual survey – known as ‘The Church Bus’ – of vicars and the public. I am currently involved in a pilot project about older women volunteering in the Church of Sweden and evaluation of the Church of Sweden’s training institute.
