Act Church of Sweden has prepared guidelines and templates to support our partners to comply with the general conditions that we have agreed upon.
Strategic plan for Act Church of Sweden
This document governs the work of Act Church of Sweden. The document describes the identity, mission, theory of change and strategic working methods for Act Church of Sweden.
The document was approved by the Church Board on 16
December 2021 to be valid from 1 January 2022.

Guidelines for information sharing (pdf, 7 pages)
The Guidelines set out the information that Act Church of Sweden shares with its stakeholders, how the information will be disseminated, and what may not be disclose and why. The purpose of specifying what, to whom and how information will be shared is to improve the quality of the work, strengthen mutual respect within our partnerships, enable people to influence the decisions affecting their lives, and ensure that all stakeholders can hold Act Church of Sweden to account.

Guide to conflict analysis (docx, 2 pages)
This guide aim to assure a conflict sensitive approach. Questions regarding the conflict analysis are mandatory in relation to projects/programmes implemented in conflict areas, post conflict areas and areas where there is an underlying conflict that may become violent or significantly destructive.

The following is a checklist for project/programme reporting to Act Church of Sweden. It relates to the content of the Guide to proposals and lists the key areas that reports should at least include, and that Act Church of Sweden need for annual monitoring and to carry out final assessments.

EN - Appendix 2 Procurement regulations for partners CA FA 2023-2027
The partner organization is expected to have its own procurement policy and regulation. Procurement of goods or services using Act Church of Sweden’s funds shall be carried out by the organization in accordance with the organization’s procurement policy and regulation and this Act Church of Sweden’s Procurement regulation for partners applies as a minimum requirement for projects and programs.

Guide to Capacity self-assessment and Due diligence
This is a document to support Act Church of Sweden partner organisations to complete preparatory requirements for the partnership renewal process during 2022, that is being re-enforced in 2023, which will lay the foundation for our partner cooperation during the upcoming programme period 2023-2027.

The purpose of this paper is to outline the Act Church of Sweden1 approach to specific capacity building initiatives with partners, the capacity building process itself and the tools used in that process. Through this document, the Act Church of Sweden wants to ensure a common understanding and way of working with partner capacity building, as well as a common way of explaining our work to external stakeholders.

Template for documenting Case studies of change, 2017 (docx, 5 pages)
This template supports the idea that we can all learn from each other’s experiences. Here you can share a good practice that you have experienced during the last year or the last period, in order to initiate a dialogue and joint learning around it. The case studies also serve to showcase the processes that we are involved in. They may be lifted in meetings or reports that aim to give examples of the work that Act Church of Sweden is involved in.

Template for documenting stories of change Act Church of Sweden (docx, 1 page)
This template is part of the Church of Sweden work inspired by Outcome Harvesting. By collecting outcomes we can better understand the changes in behaviour of social actors that our efforts contribute to. Programme partner organisations can contribute by filling out this template, and so helping the Church of Sweden to learn more about their understanding of and contribution to changes in behaviour of social actors.
