Seven-Week Course
A course for those who want to pause and take a moment to notice the present just as it is – both the beautiful and the difficult.
We explore how presence and acceptance can bring more meaning into both work and everyday life. Through conversations and experiential exercises in a safe and supportive space, you’ll get tools to meet life’s experiences with openness and courage – creating room for creativity and authenticity.
Course structure
• No special equipment or prior preparation needed – just bring yourself.
• Recorded meditations and a mindfulness journal is included. To get the most out of the course, about 15 minutes practice a day is recommended.
• This course is great for both beginners and those with previous mindfulness experience.

Language: English (The course will be held in Swedish only if all participants speak Swedish)
